These services may include business advertisement placements on our Site, social media shout-outs, and email blasts, depending on the donation amount. The term for each advertisement or sponsorship listing is one year from the date of donation/payment.
All advertisers must "opt-in" to their respective level(s) to receive recognition on the respective website(s), with a "business listing" as a default for all. Each advertiser must accept these Terms and Conditions for their advertisement or sponsorship to be placed on the Site.
The appearance, positioning, and overall aesthetics of advertisement placements on our Site may vary. This variability is due to the unique nature of different website placements and to ensure the compatibility and seamless integration of ads within our Site's structure.
We reserve the right to disapprove any content that is not consistent with the mission of our organization. All advertisements and sponsorships are subject to our approval for their appropriateness and consistency with our mission and objectives.
All donations are final, and 999 Publishing does not offer refunds. Donations constitute a business expense related to advertising, and as such, are not tax-deductible.
By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to 999 Publishing sharing any data collected through the Site or Services with our business partners. This data may include, but is not limited to, your contact information, donation amount, and other information provided during your use of the Site or Services.
Upon acceptance of these Terms, you also consent to receiving emails, automated phone calls, and text messages related to the Site, Services, updates, or promotions. You have the right to opt-out of these communications at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its principles of conflicts of law.
